RESERVATION FORMS
Please submit reservation forms to:

This is a notification email address ONLY for the use of receiving the following forms: rental agreement, user permission letter, cancellation letter, change of address and/or IRS W-9 form. All forms require the written signature of one of the owners. Please follow up to make sure email was received with all required information.

Directions to Sarasota Sands from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport:
Take US 41 (Tamiami Trail) south to Gulf Stream, at traffic light make a right turn, go over the John Ringling Causeway until you get to St. Armand’s Circle, go halfway around the circle and follow the sign towards Lido Key. Go south on Ben Franklin Drive until the end of the road. 2150 Ben Franklin Drive.
Directions to Sarasota Sands from I-75
Take Exit 210, Fruitville Road and go west until you get to US 41 (Tamiami Trail) and make a left turn, make a right at the traffic light on Gulf Stream, go over the John Ringling Causeway until you get to St. Armand’s Circle, go halfway around the circle and follow the sign towards Lido Key. Go south on Ben Franklin Drive until the end of the road to 2150 Ben Franklin Drive.
